[胶水知识] 明框玻璃幕墙嵌缝耐候胶水注胶注意事项
(1)清理板材缝隙，不得有水渍、油渍、油漆、铁锈、水泥砂浆、灰尘等，结合面应彻底清洗干净并干燥。甲苯或甲基二乙基酮可用作清洁剂。
(2)为了调整接缝的深度，避免三边胶，接缝处应填充聚氯乙烯泡沫材料(小圆棒)。
(3)避免密封胶对玻璃和铝板的污染。在接缝两侧贴上保护胶带。
(4)注胶后，应将胶水表面抹平，去除多余的胶水。
(5) 注射完成后，撕下保护胶带，必要时用溶剂擦拭。
(6) 注胶后要注意保养，胶水未完全固化前，不可沾灰、划伤。
填缝的深度（厚度）应小于接缝的宽度，因为当片材相对位移时，胶水被拉伸，缝隙越厚，边缘的拉伸变形越大，越容易它是破解。
耐候性硅酮密封胶应在接缝处形成双面粘合。不要贴在三边。否则拉动时胶水容易撕裂，失去密封防漏功能。为防止形成三边粘合，在涂耐候硅酮密封胶前先在缝隙底部贴上无胶胶带，将接缝与胶水分开。
